Agreement to Terms
2.2 You do not have to register to use the Site in order to access it and enjoy some of the Homepage content. If you wish to access the Free and/or Premium Content elsewhere on the Site, you will be asked to provide us with accurate, complete registration information, including contact details. We are entitled to rely on this information to provide Free and/or Premium Content. You will also be requested to create a Password in a format specified by us (Password).

- We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- If we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, we will be responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions, but we are not be responsible for any loss or damages that were not foreseeable at the time you started using the Site/Services.
Term and Termination

Proper Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, arrangements and undertakings and constitutes the entire agreement relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. The User confirms that they have not entered into this Agreement on the basis of any representation that is not expressly incorporated into this Agreement.
