How it Works
In a recent Teams & Beyond Masterclass, David Clutterbuck remarked that in today’s world, breadth of learning is vital – developing wide-ranging, multi-disciplinary awareness. This is what we aim to achieve. Teams & Beyond is a convenor platform, delivering a variety of multi-disciplinary learning opportunities and connecting you with great minds and different thinking.

- On-Demand Learning includes interactive webinars, podcasts, ‘how-to’ and micro-learning videos, interviews with prominent people, our popular Noodles and topical videos from the internet. A great variety of learning, that you can access in your own time! This includes content that is unique to Teams & Beyond as well as curated external content.
- Reading and Research: if you only have time to read a few key pieces each month, we’ve done the hard work in sourcing them for you. This category features our Blog, Thought Leadership articles, Research and Case Studies and our Book of the Month – lots to power up your knowledge and thinking!
- The Toolbox contains a model, activity or tool that you can use with teams, provided by Teams & Beyond and refreshed each month. In addition, here you’ll find a variety of Workshop and Team-Building resources, games and activities to liven up team meetings. Team Assessments are a recent addition to the Toolbox.
- Previous contains content from all previous months, so you can always go back and find something you missed or wish to revisit.

The content on Teams & Beyond changes each month, and covers a wide subject matter range that will help you build your skills, gain new knowledge and learn ways for working with the most pertinent challenges experienced in business today.
The majority of the content on Teams and Beyond is intended to provide you with broad-based learning covering the essential points of each topic featured. It is not a deep dive, however if you wish to learn more about any of the topics or take your learning in a particular field further, the contact details of each Expert Host are provided so you can connect with them directly.

Our Hosts and Contributors are not always the ‘big names’, more often they are highly regarded professionals, from around the world, who are acknowledged for the relevance and impact of their leading-edge work. They continually seek to expand their understanding and welcome the opportunity of co-learning with other Teams & Beyond members. Bearing in mind that we focus on breadth rather than depth of learning (and so only key concepts are covered here), their contact details are provided for any member who would like to extend their learning further.

How to get the most out of Teams & Beyond
Teams & Beyond is designed to be one of the quickest ways for you to learn new concepts that you can immediately apply in your work. Each month the entire content on the platform should take no longer than 8-10 hours in total to complete.
We suggest you note down just one or two ideas that particularly resonate with you from three or four of the learning opportunities. Try them out, reflect on the results and use them again. Journal your insights.
Within six months, if you go back to where you started your journal, you will be amazed at how much your practice has developed and you have grown in your thinking and understanding. This will be the case, irrespective of your level of experience.
