Max Gooding

Max is a team & executive coach and organisational dynamics consultant with over 25 years’ experience in organisational performance and behavioural change.

She has worked within FTSE 100 businesses running operational teams, developing strategy, managing change initiatives and improving the customer experience. Her business experience also includes consulting to professional services firms, hospitality, the civil service, and the non-profit sector.

Max is passionate about working with all levels of leadership and their teams to achieve high performance. She is particularly adept at working with HR, OD and learning functions to shape and improve their strategic contribution to organisational performance.
