Overview

The Immunity to Change Model can be used in many contexts to assist individuals, teams, and organisations understand why they are not achieving what they set out to do.

This model is powerful for helping the team recognise that failure to realise their goals can often have less to do with their weaknesses and more to do with a highly effective (although somewhat misguided) unconscious emotional immune system, that endeavours to protect them from disappointment.
