Catalytical Interventions, our Masterclass for April, is hosted by Kate Wood and Max Gooding (creators of our popular Noodle series). They invite you to explore with them how you can bring out the best in the teams you work with, which red flags you absolutely have to watch out for, and the environmental elements necessary for your work to go really well. They show you where to find the signs of success, so that you can be confident that what you’re doing to support a shift in a team is working.
Getting into the nitty gritty of team coaching, Kate and Max share their six top tools, exercises and approaches for disrupting unhelpful ways of working, assisting the team to discover how they can move forward to operate in more inclusive, rewarding and fulfilling ways – sustainably. You’ll learn creative ways for using these in both in-person and virtual settings.
They ask that you come along with a curious mind and be ready to get stuck in enabling everyone to learn from each other. You’ll leave with useful additions to your toolkit of how to help individuals and teams be their most effective – even when things look impossibly sticky!
