Radical Candor is the title of a book by Kim Scott, published in 2017, subtitled “how to be a kick-ass boss without losing your humanity”. It is a management philosophy that advocates an approach towards people management that is based on caring personally about your fellow workers and being able to challenge them directly without hurting their feelings or causing resentment.
