An Eco-systemic Approach to Team Coaching

This live event has taken place and is now available as an interactive replay

Overview

For many years, there’s been much written and talked about ‘high performing teams’. However, Peter proposes that we need to move beyond this thinking; as a team’s success and value is always co-created between a team and its ecosystem.

In this Power Hour, Professor Peter Hawkins will be talking about moving beyond high performing teams to an eco-systemic approach whereby teams co-create value with and for all their stakeholders. He’ll be looking at how we help teams focus on who to face. Who all their stakeholders are, not only the human stakeholders inside the organization but also beyond the organization… the customers, the investors, suppliers, the communities where they operate, and indeed the wider ecology.

And then he will be looking at how to assist a team to look at how they co create value with and for each of those groupings in true partnership.
