Overview

Listen in to discover an exceptional example of a professional services firm that has aligned their purpose behind their top priority – their people. Learn how they managed a multi-cultural merger smoothly and how the corporate culture is embodied right from the very top and actively lived at all levels, globally. R&D is not an isolated division – teams of employees across the business design and test the technology and services they provide. This far-too-rare approach has enabled the rapid, sustainable business growth of everis over the past 20 years.

The outstanding results that everis enjoys in a highly competitive environment is amazing evidence of what is possible. They are clearly doing a lot right, and we were curious to learn more about how they go about their business and what is important to them. We could have spoken with Dina all day!
