About Dina
Dina is the Head of Culture & Employee Experience at everis UK. She has extensive international experience, having worked in Spain, Brazil, Australia and the UK across the whole talent management areas. She has worked in local, regional and corporate roles combining an innovative point of view with strategic, tactical and operational expertise and a deep knowledge of HR. She is skilled in the design, development and delivery of award-winning HR strategies to support growth and transformation.
Dina’s purpose is to extend and amplify individual cognitive and affective abilities to help people exceed their apparent potential, help them flourish and inspire them to look for new perspectives. She has developed her career through encouraging people to be guided by their own curiosity and choose what makes them happier.
Dina has Masters’ Degrees in Psychopedagogy and HR Leadership & Management and is certified through Korn Ferry as a Leadership Architect.
