When we first encounter an organization or start working with a team, it is useful to understand the current culture. There are multiple ways that we can engage with the information we receive to understand the nature of that culture. These perspectives can provide useful and effective levers, assisting teams to exert influence in modifying the culture.

By using yourself as the sensory recipient of information, this enables those who lead or work with teams in organizations to help improve overall performance and connection.

In this series, we begin to expand on a model* that helps us to understand how to use our senses to gain an understanding of lived experience and to develop a more rounded view of what is needed to add more value.
