Team Leaders and their support structures are being asked to think more broadly about the teams they work with.
However, there’s very little help in understanding the complexity and inter-connectedness of multiple viewpoints. This applies when thinking systemically for themselves or as a way of developing team effectiveness.
In this series, we take a look at the team through a set of lenses* to help develop a more rounded view of where the team is and what is needed for them to consistently add more value.
With activities to undertake between modules and the introduction of some practical tools, the series creates a starting point for conversations to help take a team forward.
