Whether a leader of a team or a coach to a team, most people try to avoid work politics at all costs because they see them as unpleasant, unfair, unethical and an unnecessary distraction from their ‘real work’.

In this webinar, Niven Postma will open your eyes to the fundamentals that no-one ever teaches you, including what work politics actually are and how being politically intelligent is the single biggest determinant of your personal and professional success.

Niven draws on her 20 years of experience as an executive, together with insights and frameworks from leading thinkers, to host a personal and frank two hours of discussion and information sharing. She’s looking forward to convincing you that it IS possible to engage with politics without sacrificing your principles and to sharing the skills you need to use politics to advance your credibility, benefit the team/s and build the organisation you work with.
