As the world as we knew it changes in real time right before our eyes, we need to explore, learn and develop the leadership capacities to engage creatively with the complexities and paradoxes of our time. Particularly as we grapple with not just finding but feeling comfortable with a shift in the assumptions, values and narratives that we have been holding.
This Masterclass webinar introduces ideas around adaptive leadership that can support us, others in our communities and those that create the scaffolding needed to do our work as leaders. We’ll step back and better understand our own contexts, the adaptive containment required to build not just resilience, but resourcefulness and challenge some of our practices as we embody the work of adaptive leadership
